With nearly a decade of project management experience, I know what it takes to make a project successful and how to grow and mentor junior PMs.  I've managed over 20 digital projects and have provided guidance and mentorship for dozens more. I understand how to implement both agile and waterfall processes in order to keep the project on track, all while juggling the inevitable day-to-day challenges that arise.
