K Bedford Consulting is a strategic advisory practice founded by Katie Bedford in 2017, based in Vancouver, BC. Katie spent more than fifteen years inside digital agencies in operations and leadership — the last five as a fractional COO — building operations, restructuring teams, and guiding businesses through AI adoption. She is an aerospace engineer by training, bringing logic, critical thinking, and risk management to business leadership.

Katie works with established business owners as a strategic thinking partner — the person you call when you're facing a hard decision and need someone who understands your world and won't sugarcoat the truth. No implementation, no frameworks — just honest strategic conversation. A growing part of her work is helping owners and their teams become genuinely AI fluent: starting from a clear vision of what the business is becoming in the age of AI, then leading the people who have to make it happen.
