through AI adoption. She is an aerospace engineer by training, bringing logic,
critical thinking, and risk management to agency leadership.
Katie now works with a select number of agency leaders as a strategic thinking
partner — the person you call when you're facing a hard decision and need
someone who understands your world and won't sugarcoat the truth. No
